We’re delighted to have you join our vibrant community. At the YWCA Greater Memphis, our goal is to make life a little easier for you by taking some of the weight off your shoulders. We understand that by the end of a busy day, all you want to do is head home and unwind. That’s why we’re here to help by providing a supportive, enriching environment where your child can receive homework help, make new friends, and have a blast—so they’re happily played out by the time you pick them up.

Our afterschool program is designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning, all while ensuring your child enjoys their time with us. By doing the heavy lifting for you, we hope to lighten your load and make your pick-up time as stress-free as possible.

How It Works

We want to make your payment process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Below are the simple steps to complete your payment. If you have any questions, we’re just a call or email away and happy to assist.

  4. Receive Confirmation: After completing your payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt and any additional details.

Please note: This button is for parents who have already enrolled their child/children into the program. A 2.99% transaction fee will be applied to all payments. To manage resources efficiently and ensure each child receives the attention they deserve, we maintain a no-refund policy.

  • Important Information:

    A registration fee of $20 is required, in addition to a $50 fee for the first week of childcare. Both the registration fee and the initial week's fee must be paid in full before your child’s entry into the YWCA Scholars Afterschool Program. Please note that fees are collected on a weekly basis, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional care. A 2.99% transaction fee will be applied to all payments. To manage resources efficiently and provide each child with the attention they deserve, we maintain a no-refund policy.
